R and J Marketing is a small company here at Talavera, Nueva Ecija who aims to give all the farmers an affordable option to obtain the boost their business needs by providing them a quality farm mechanization equipment in two options: 1.) cash basis with big discount or 2.) an easy installment plan.

Our company focuses on offering a simple yet helpful way to obtain what our costumer/s need. For farm equipment, we offer either cash basis with big discount or an easy installment plan which is 3 - 5 years long term to pay and a wider amortization of every 6 months.
We also support our costumers all the way by providing them after-sales service support and warranty for the unit.
Our company also offers Truck and car loan and/or financing, OFW loans and more !
Strategy
We also conduct a seminar for our costumers on how to properly use a unit (harvester or tractor) to its full potential. On how to advertise their business, how to make a repeat client every cropping and how important operators to owner trust is.
Maintenance and Tutorials
As part of our commitment to give the best service and unit/s. All of our Kubota unit/s comes with 1 year warranty and unlimited after-sales service. We also help our clients if they ever needs or having difficulty in finding spare-parts for the unit/s. As Kubota's one key features is the availability of spare-parts.
We also conducted a Free Operators Training in Proper Operating and Maintaining the unit, as we know that Proper maintenance is important for the Unit's life.
Environment & Sustainability
All our unit/s are Environmental friendly, rice field friendly as we use only trackpad rubber and rubber wheels to not damage clients rice fields. It is built to last for more that 10 years with a proper maintenance and used.
